HeadSight Sensor

CORN HARVESTING MADE EASIER WITH HEADSIGHT CONTROL

Headsight™ is a corn head height and tilt control system that adapts to virtually any combine and header. The Headsight™ sensor consists of a long wearing, almost unbreakable poly arm that mounts under the outer snoots of a corn head with up to two or more in the center. A "break over" design permits reversed travel with no damage. The paddle and sensor system does not have any chains or catch points and will not drag up, even in the most adverse conditions.

By using multiple sensors to determine the head position, the lowest point controls the header height. The head can then raise and tilt simultaneously to clear obstacles and follow the terrain while staying under broken over corn. Headsight™ will reduce down time and repair costs as it keeps the row units out of the dirt. The operator can also safely lower the header to the ground in effort to reduce corn cob  loss substantially
